Thanks! From what I gather, the 789 flights between DFW and LAX are just repositioning flights to/from other international routes. I believe the plane comes from ICN to DFW then to LAX, then continues on to Tokyo from there. I’ll occasionally see an internationally-configured 777 on the route as well, though I’m not sure where that one comes from, and it’s not a consistent thing. There are probably a dozen dailies between DFW and LAX on narrow-bodies, though, mostly A321s.

Nice review. I agree about people reseating themselves.
