Hey Christian, thanks for the tips. The food on board was exquisite, yet during my 12 days I never once took a photo of any of the items I ate or the menus. They were all fantastic though we a choice of beef, poultry or fish each night. The food was much better than what I had on Holland America and in-line or better than Seabourn.

On all Nat Geo cruises, expect to spend around $1,000 a day per person. Small ships have a higher staff ratio and it costs more to go remote. Yet, I can assure you, it’s well worth it. I have no desire to step foot on a large ship after spending time on small ships

Perhaps to flesh things out a bit further, going into the food/menu a bit might add appeal since food is such a big part of cruising.

Another thing that would add some potential appeal would be some inkling of the price. Going on a small specialty ship like the Orion is going to be pricey but without some idea of the price, many people like me might shy away rather than view it as a splurge.
