In reply to Scott Mackenzie. Thank you Scott, I did find one that will rent it to me for an hour for $100. And yes, this first meeting is a life time thing which I am going to use it because next year I will be travelling quite a bit and could make use of the free breakfast and the lounge access.

In reply to Paul. There are some reports that you can earn 10 night credits for holding your first meeting. Whether you can find a hotel that will help you book your meeting for just $100 is debatable. You might also want to consider whether the definition of "first meeting" is lifetime or per year and if you want to burn this opportunity if it really is lifetime.

Is this a good idea? I am 13 nights away from Platinum, here is my plan. Book a $100 meeting room for an hour, that should give me 10 nights credit and 3 award night for a total of 30000 points. Thanks

In reply to Scott Mackenzie. I think the screen shots below is all we can really reference. It refers to lifetime titanium elite and provides those services... at least so far. Perhaps it was a perk only for people going through the upgrade. Would be good if we could get Marriott to confirm.

I had lifetime platinum premier elite which changed to lifetime titanium elite which then today went back to lifetime platinum premier elite. What’s up?

My account says “You are Lifetime Titanium Elite” is this just a fluke? Until recently it just said platinum elite with ambassador…. I have over 1300 nights in 4 years…
