On my AA PE flights between CDG and PHL, we were allowed to use the rear business class lavs but not the front. Seemed fair.

Tough it’s true, it makes no scene. WHY WALK THE 100 FT WHEN THERE IS ONE 10 FT AWAY!

PE passengers must use the mid-cabin lavatories; the two in the front are reserved for Business Class passengers.

Thank you very much.

I honestly didn’t notice any recline restrictions; it felt generous and I still slept quite well with the seat reclined fully. I’ve never flown in Rows 9 or 10 to compare, though.

Ugh – thanks for catching that. I’ve fixed the post accordingly.

As for the bulkhead seats, yes, the screen folds out from the armrest. Otherwise, the only difference is the extendable legrest you’ll see in AA’s promotional material. I tend to find those awkward but YMMV. If you were able to book PE for just $100 more than Y, that’s a terrific value. I’d have sprung for that in a heartbeat, too.

One pet peeve though. There is no such thing as a 787-900. It’s type certified and called a 787-9. That was stated incorrectly once.

Amazingly, the price for Premium Economy on a Santiago-Dallas segment is only $100 more than main cabin. I normally don’t pay for Main Cabin Extra, but for only $100, I spring for Premium Economy.

How are the Bulkhead Seats? Where is the screen? Is it in the armrest?
