Honestly the look of the seats ranks pretty low for me in Premium Economy, so it doesn’t bother me all that much. But yeah, I can see how some might not like it. I look more at seat comfort/soft product, where I think CX does well.

The soft product, especially the meals, were significantly better than coach IMO. AA’s PE seat is good and all, but I just don’t see it as markedly better than CX.
