I need Hyatt to step up its game and offer a high tier card like its competitors, Hilton and Marriott. Otherwise, I can’t justify sticking with Hyatt, even though I prefer their brand and hotels.

Here is the official response I received re your question about the additional user 5,000 bonus – “The authorized user bonus will not be on the World of Hyatt Credit Card. The decision to forgo this benefit is based on rationale of focusing on the benefits that our members wanted most.”

* Will Chase be offering the historical 5,000 additional bonus for adding an authorized user to the account?
