The discussion about the specialty cocktail ended because she was simply too lazy to make it. You know, too lazy to do her job. For all the lip service airlines give to FAs being “primarily here for [our] safety”, their secondary role is, in fact, being waiters/waitresses in the sky. They seem to forget that all too often. If there’s no emergency, then their role is customer service.

In reply to Ryan. Would have to agree. The plastic door could be done better. Sky Club is fine when you're flying basic econ ATL to NYC but not a true international business class lounge.

The whole Delta travel experience sucks. The seats are terribly designed, warm if you’re stuck in the middle and just not that good. ITs just a marketing gimmick to put a plastic door on a seat. No decent lounge, Terrible onboard food and a worthless mileage program. Their onboard service overseas is no friendlier or worse than UA/AA/
